Fire Sprinkler / Standpipe Inspection

NFPA 25 is the NYC Standard for inspection of Fire Protection Systems (Fire Sprinklers). FDNY requires Inspections regularly to ensure your systems are working properly. At Quality Sprinkler we have you covered. We will review your system(s) and make sure your buildings are up to code.

All Sprinkler Systems require different Inspections on different Time Schedules. Our team will review the type(s) of systems you have – Sprinkler, Gravity / Pressure Tank, Dry Valve, Standpipe Systems, or Fire / Booster Pumps and set a inspection schedule with you to insure you are FDNY NFPA-25 compliant.

Our Inspection Services

Monthly Fire Sprinkler / Standpipe Inspections

Our Licensed Fire Sprinkler inspectors will go to you building(s) Monthly and review a checklist of all NFPA 25 Monthly Fire Sprinkler inspections requirements depending on your system(s). Monthly inspections are all visual inspections of the components of your fire sprinkler system. Once competed the inspection we will sign your card and recommend any Fire Sprinkler System Maintenance if needed.

Quarterly FIRE SPRINKLER / StandPipe INSPECTIONs & Testing

In addition to all the Fire Sprinkler inspections required monthly, on a quarterly basis our team will also perform a more detailed visual inspection and perform a quarterly testing based on the components of your Fire Sprinkler system required by NFPA-25 guidelines.

Monthly Fire Sprinkler / Standpipe Inspections

On an annual basis we perform a full Fire Sprinkler system review in addition to the Monthly and Quarterly requirements. We will supply you with a full checklist of maintenance or repairs if any needs any needs to be done.
